I was between the Rock and Hard place, Kilbirnie Travel went of their way for my visa waiver, no trouble at all. I also bought travel insurance from them. Thank God because of my time in the USA 3.5 days in hospital and change of air ticket was done without a hitch saving me over US$28000. Again thanks to Kilbirnie Travel.

Madhup, I want to thank you for making all travel arrangements for my father so perfect that I thought I must write. When Ashish suggested that I should buy return air ticket for my father who would be travelling to international destination for the first time, I could not believe that you will be able to give a cheaper airfare than what my father could get in India. After one month of researching, we found your quote was the best and decided to buy the ticket from you. My father was really worried as to whether wheelchair would really be made available, Hindu meal will be served in flights or not, what if the free accommodation as promised in Kualalumpore will not be available and so on. However,you were patient with my repetitive queries and reassured me that every thing was in order. I am really happy when my father arrived yesterday and told that wheelchair was made available, the free accommodation was arranged in the airport hotel, Hindu meal was served and there was no hassle at all. He asked me to talk to you and say Thanks for all that you did, Thank you for your help, I will recommend all my friends to buy their travel from you.

We have now completed our cruise on the Baltic Sea visiting Tallinn (Estonia) and St Petersburg. The ship was magnificent and we enjoyed the life of luxury. It was cooler up in the Scandanavian countries after the heatwave in Singapore, London & France. We are now back in Stockholm enjoying the comfort of Hotel Oden, heading south towards Germany today.
The embarkation with the Sea Pass etc. on the "Vision of the Seas" (Cruise ship) went very smoothly and everything was on their computer when we arrived at the ship. Thanks for everything. We will drop in and see you next month.
